President William Ruto orders investigation into blaze and says ‘those responsible will be held to account’
A fire raged through the dormitory of a boarding school for young children in central Kenya in the early hours of Friday, killing 17 boys who were sleeping, police said.
Citizen Television said the fire had burned the victims beyond recognition.
